Shipping & Return Policy

The Lady Marie Shop currently ships throughout the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, as well as Canada.

Shipping & Delivery: The estimated shipping time of each item is listed in the item description. As inventory is not always on hand, estimated shipping times include the anticipated printing and shipping time from manufacturers. We ask for your patience as printing delays do happen and may impact your estimated shipping date. Should a delay arise, this information will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

Once shipped, payhip will notify you via email of your tracking information. All orders are shipped using USPS Media Mail where available and typically take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories or international locations have a higher, varied arrival time. Please remember estimated shipping times are contingent upon delays outside of our control such as weather conditions, holiday season, and other incidents that may impact selected shipping companies.

Refund & Return Policy: All items available on in the Lady Marie Shop are ineligible for refunds or returns.

All signed books and merch items are inspected for damages and misprints before shipping, however, mistakes do unfortunately happen. If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact authorjtmarie@gmail.com or use the contact form with a description of the issue, order confirmation information, and pictures of the damaged item(s) so that a replacement can be provided as soon as possible.

All clothing items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. In the event you receive a size other than the one ordered, please contact authorjtmarie@gmail.com or use the contact form, provide order details and picture of item received and a replacement will be shipped to you, provided one is available. If item is no longer in stock, a refund will be processed.

All requests for replacement items must be made within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Replacement times are dependent upon inventory availability and standard shipping estimates.

Delay & Order Updates: Any and all information regarding order updates (other than tracking information) will be sent via authorjtmarie@gmail.com. Please be sure this email address is on your list of approved senders to ensure you receive pertinent messages.
